EMF is committed to investing in the future of emergency medicine.

In 2017, our grant categories were restructured to allow for larger grant awards with longer timelines.  We have opened up research possibilities by expanding pilot projects. We commit to using donor dollars to invest in the best and brightest and to fund cutting-edge science that will change practice. It is our desire to be the bridge funding for early and mid-career researchers as they continue laying the groundwork and collecting data that will lead to federal funding and breakthroughs.

Our desire is to tell the stories of our amazing grantees. We want to show you these remarkable individuals who have nurtured EMF's investment and used it wisely in their quest to tackle the big issues, identify the better methods, challenge the norms and  change the way emergency medicine is practiced.
